Matchbox INC Driller Digger, Scraper, & International CXT

The Matchbox line is more generous inclusion of construction & other more realistically themed vehicles than Hot Wheels. I still have a few from childhood, I have far more new Matchbox as an adult than I ever did back then. I love the color presentation on these Matchbox INC vehicles, which unifies them as though they are all from one construction company.

International CXT
There's something about a big International truck we all like... while I'd prefer a chromed grill, I like the presentation overall...

Scraper
The engine cab turns on this scraper, making it a little more fun to play with...

Drill Digger
Twist the knob atop this Drill Digger and the threads revolve- the drill carriage also lifts...

Matchbox INC Driller Digger, Scraper, & International CXT with the Ground Grinder included in the Construction Zone 5-pack I reviewed back in August... I saw a Matchbox All-Terrain Crane in the INC color scheme in K-Mart a few days ago, but passed on it as I have an orange one.

March Matchbox Dump!

I found some new Matchbox on the pegs last night, and decided it was time for another Matchbox Dump here at the Super Fun Hot Wheels Blog! My favorites of these may be the Mini Dozers pictured above, the white casting picked up in August, and the orange more recently. Check out the video:

Some highlights from the video:

Greenlight International Durastar 4400 Flatbed

Love this big International Durastar 4400 Flatbed by Greenlight! Be careful when ordering these online- the white Durastar I ordered arrived with mangled mirrors and rear bumper snapped off. I tried to fix it, but to no avail. The parts are rather delicate, and won't like survived a drop on the floor. Still, it's a beauty that will be great for posing other premium diecast cars on. I love a hauler!

The flatbed ramp doesn't engage, and there are no moving parts, save the wheels, but it's such a handsome truck! The detail highlights include the Durastar's beautiful International grille, transparent amber light bar, vac-metal mirrors, tanks, & rims, and rubber tires, duals in back...

My Greenlight Hot Pursuit series 2012 Speedway, Indiana Police Charger looks right at home on back on the Durastar 4400, don't you think  ...?

Matchbox MBX Explorers Series Vehicles

Love these Matchbox Explorer Series vehicles for a lot of the same reasons I liked the Hot Wheels Off-Road Trucks I posted on back in November, though the Matchbox offers a few more realistic castings, like the Toyota and Land Rover. Check out the video:

Of interest in particular to myself was the new MBX 4x4 pictured below, which is Matchbox's own off-road jeep- great casting and great color...
