Hot Wheels "The Batman" Batmobile


As stated in my inaugural post, this Hot Wheels Batmobile led to the genesis of the Super Fun Hot Wheels blog. Based on the car featured in The Batman animated TV show (2004-2008), this Batmobile paid homage to it's predecessor with a slightly more "muscle car" look perfect for a Hot Wheels car.




We've seen this bold before, previously released by Mattel in flat black with red appointments. Mine pictured here was a gift from JBoy back in 2011, and almost looks gray next to the shiny black 2014 model. Thanks again to JBoy- I've enjoyed displayed this earlier model for some years now on my Batman shelf, and it's nice to have it as a comparison to the new Hot Wheels deco...

    This blog is gonna get me in trouble LOL.I will resist Hot Wheels for as long as I can but something tells me that an impulse purchase is imminent.
